On July 9, 2024, the 65th Series of Meetings of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) of the Madrid Union, and the Patent Cooperation Treaty Union, started in Geneva, Switzerland.

The delegation of the Intellectual Property Office of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia, headed by Ms. Kristine Hambaryan, Head of the Office, participates in the meetings.

WIPO General Director Mr. Darren Tang gave an opening speech at the event, and the heads of the divisions coordinating the intellectual property field of the member states presented the activities done in intellectual property in their countries. Head of the Office K. Hambaryan also made a speech. She presented the implemented and current events and programs in cooperation with WIPO.
