According to the Article 7, Part 4 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Patents", Article 6, Part 4 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Industrial Designs", Article 5, Part 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Trademarks" and Article 5, Part 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Geographical Indications" the state authorized body has an Appeal Board, which resolves the issues related to the submission and consideration of complaints and applications related to the legal protection of industrial property objects in the approved manner, and whose decision is considered the final decision of the state authorized body. The Appeal Board operates based on the charter approved by the RA government's decision N1501-N of November 8, 2012.
