From September 9 to 10, 2024, the 45th regular session of the Administrative Council of the Eurasian Patent Organization (EAPO) was held at the headquarters of the Eurasian Patent Organization in Moscow, Russian Federation, in which the authorized representatives of the member states of the Eurasian Patent Convention participated.
At the meeting of the Council the issues of consideration of the EAPO draft budget for 2025, amendments to the Regulations on EAPO fees for legally significant actions, amendments to the patent instructions to the Eurasian Patent Convention (EAPC) and other relevant issues were discussed. 
The ceremony of celebrating the 30th anniversary of the signing of the Eurasian Patent Convention was held within the framework of the Administrative Council, as well as the 14th session of the Interstate Council for Legal Preservation and Protection of Intellectual Property.
The Head of the Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Armenia, Kristine Ambaryan, took part in the meeting via videoconference.
