On July 30–31, 2025, the training and mentoring program titled “Unveiling Value: Intellectual Property as a Driver for a Sustainable Armenian Wine Industry” took place in Yerevan. The event was organized by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the Intellectual Property Office of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia, and the Vine and Wine Foundation of Armenia.

The program aimed to support Armenian winemakers in effectively utilizing tools such as branding, trademarks, geographical indications (GIs), and quality assurance to become more competitive and protected in international markets.

Participants received both group and individual mentoring sessions focused on developing concrete steps for applying intellectual property in their winemaking businesses.
