On September 17, 2026, a meeting with the representative of the Building Respect for IP Division of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) was held at the S2I2 Entrepreneurship Center of the Armenian State University of Economics (ASUE).

During the meeting, participants discussed the importance of intellectual property protection, as well as the impact of counterfeiting on the economy, businesses, and the labor market. Particular attention was paid to the opportunities that effective intellectual property protection can create for young people in developing their own businesses, promoting innovative ideas, and enhancing their competitiveness in their future professional careers.

The discussion also addressed the importance of protecting ideas, brands, and created value. The meeting was held in an interactive format, providing students with an opportunity to ask questions, raise issues of interest, and engage in a discussion on intellectual property protection.
